An easy drive to major central Florida theme parks and Vero Beach. Property is advertised as the largest dude ranch in America.

October thru March, $1,700 monthly rental + $50.00 cleaning fee.
*Weekly rates from October thru March @ $650.00 per week (6 nights) + cleaning fee of $50.00. 2 week rentals @ $1,200.00 + cleaning fee of $50.00 Daily rental fee is $140.00 + $50.00 cleaning fee
April thru Sept. $1,250 per month OR $550 + $50 cleaning fee weekly (6 nights), or $125.00 per night + $50.00 cleaning fee.
*A cleaning fee of $50.00 is required on all rentals regardless of stay time.
All rentals require parties to be 18 years of age or older. A damage deposit fee may be imposed. This property is Non smoking. Smoking in the unit will require payment of an additional $250.00 deep cleaning fee.
