Canopy Walk is a 53 arce intracostal waterway condonimium retreat.  
It's confortable, laid back, and great for family getaways and  
glorious vacations. Located 20 miles south of St. Augustine, 25  
miles north of Dayton Beach, and 80 miles from Orlando, it is in the  
perfect spot to see and do most anything Florida has to offer.  This  
 3 bedroom/2 bath first floor corner condo overlooking the  
lake is just a stone's throw from the intracostal, where you can  
cast a line to fish, take a stoll on the miles of walkways through  
Palm Coast, or rent a boat to cuise the intracostal waterway. The  
ocean beach is just a mile and a half from Canopy Walk; the area  
offers 90 holes of championship golf on five courses; and a world  
class tennis club is in walking distance!

Vacation Rental Amenities

This 1700+ square foot unit completed in May 2005 offers 3  
spacious bedrooms. A king bed in the master suite, a queen bed in  
the 2nd bedroom, and two twins in the 3rd, along with a full  
kitchen/breakfast bar opening to an airy living room/dining room  
combination. Three televisions with DVD/VCRs, multiple phones for  
local calls, laundry room with washer/dryer, and a screened in patio  
makes life very comfortable and convenient while you recharge! Enjoy  
the  
clubhouse, with pool and jacuzzi, a barbeque cook-out area, and a  
workout center. Perhaps you'd like take a walk on the 7 miles of  
nature trails bordering Canopy Walk.

December to April: Starting at $1550 per month ** 
10% Florida tourist tax applicable for rentals of less than 6 months

$500 refundable security deposit 
$75 cleaning fee
