Enjoy beautiful mountain AND lake views from this secluded, luxury
cabin. Serenity Hill Cabin sits high upon a 1.92 acre lot, offering
breathtaking views
of English Mountain and the main channel of Douglas Lake.
The cabin is tastefully decorated, with Thomas Kincaid
prints adorning the walls. The large game room in the loft has air
hockey, foosball, electronic darts and Playstation 2. The large wrap around deck
offers views from 3 sides.
If you're looking for action, take the back road into the heart of
Sevierville (20 miles), the back door into Dollywood (28 miles) or the
scenic route to light #3 in Gatlinburg (38 miles). These back roads
are really beautiful...kind of like Cades Cove without the bumper to
bumper traffic! Or, jump on I-40 (5 miles) an you can be in Ashville
within an hour.
You might just want to stay at the cabin and relax...a lot of our
guests do. Even if they do get out, they like to make it back in time
to watch the sunset over the lake. That's also a good time to spot
some white-tailed deer, wild turkeys, a red fox or two, and maybe even
a bald eagle. If that's what you want to do, make sure you stop at
Super WalMart or Food Lion on the way in (10 miles) and grab some
stuff for the gas grill.
No matter what you like to do, Serenity Hill Cabin has a lot more to
offer than just a comfortable stay, terrific views, and exciting
things to see and do. It also offers peace and serenity. Now, isn't
that what a vacation is all about?
