All rooms are private with doors. The back part of the house was an apartment that was made into two connecting bedrooms and one bathroom. With a PRIVATE heated pool and hot tub and just steps to the beautiful part of the sugar sand beach, this is the perfect family beach rental or larger group gathering location.

Full cable with movie channels included. All doors leading to pool have safety chains at the top prevent little ones from wandering outside. A removeable baby fence is also provided. On a quiet street a few block walk or trolley ride to activities.

You have a heated private pool and from May to Oct. also enjoy the fancy new public pool with big fun slides. Walk to brand new tennis courts and the famous Pier 60 free sunset daily festival. Bring your boat, because we are within a walking distance from the public boat ramp. The trolley stops right by the property and its available all around Clearwater Beach to St. Petersburg Beach and the mainland.

The spectacular location of the holiday beach house is a more secluded area of the beach just north of all the action. Either play on the private part of the beach by the house, or walk up a few blocks to the Pier 60, festivities, park, restaurants, public pool and tennis courts. Tampa International Airport or St. Petersburg/Clearwater airports are equally convenient - just a 25 minute drive from either airport. Tampa Busch Gardens is only a 30 minute drive.

New 5 star resort - the Sand Pearl Resort with full spa services is a short walk. Short walk to the the Clearwater Hilton Hotel and a pay-by-the-day gym are all ashort walk, jog or tolley ride. No car necessary but private parking at the house if you do have vehicles.

Easy 90 minute drive to Disney World, Epicot, MGM Studios, Sea World, Universal Studios theme parks. Great location for enjoying the beach and getting to the theme parks, Busch Gardens, Islands of Adventure, Lowery Park Zoo, Florida Aquarium, and professional baseball spring training central location.

The Pier 60 area is the best part of Clearwater Beach with a giant new covered playground, live music, and a daily sunset festival - all
