Studios and one-bedroom suites available by the 
week at the Hartwell House Inn & Conference Center in the quaint 
town of Ogunquit.  Open year-round, the Inn is minutes from the 
Marginal Way scenic foot path, sandy beach, and Perkins Cove for 
shopping, boating, fishing, whale watching and waterfront lobster 
dining.  Kittery and Freeport outlets are nearby.  Inn services such 
as daily gourmet breakfast, daily housekeeping, afternoon tea & 
sweets are available to rental guests.

Studios with queen bed, kitchen with separate kitchen 
(standard refrigerator, sink, stove, coffee maker) and private 
entrance sleep 2.  One-bedroom suites with queen bed, sitting room, 
corner kitchen with standard refrigerator, sink, microwave and 
coffeemaker. French doors to deck or terrace sleep 2.

Located within walking distance of the sweet village of Ogunquit and 
Perkins Cove, guests can park their car at the Inn and walk to the 
Marginal Way cliff walk, restaurants, shops, boating, fishing, whale 
watching, and waterfront lobster dining.  “Antique Alley”, sandy 
beaches, golf, the Ogunquit playhouse are easily accessible.  
Kittery & Freeport outlets are within a one-hour drive.

Rates are for double occupancy and include daily gourmet breakfast and housekeeping
Stay for a week and receive the 7th night free!
7% Maine tax added

In season (6/16 - 9/21/08): Studios: $1170/week; Suites: $1770/week
Off-season Spring (4/28 – 6/15/08) & Fall (9/22 - 10/26/08): Studios: $930/week; Suites: $1170/week
Winter (1/1 - 4/27/08 and 10/27 - 12/31/08): Studios: $840/week; Suites: $1050/week

Note:  Rates for James Monroe Suite are slightly higher.
