150'waterfront property provides you with the chance to rid yourself
of life's stresses with a Sauna, and Hot Tub, after a day of fishing,
swimming, hiking, and sunbathing on the full sun family dock.
At day's end, sit around the campfire, (wood supplied) on Muskoka
Chairs.

Kitchen, complete with 1 Refrigerators, 1 bar fridge, Stove,
Microwave, Toaster,
Food Processor, Coffee Maker, cutlery, dishes
Living Room, with Stereo, Satellite Television, DVD Player, VHS VCR
for your enjoyment on those rainy days
Hot tub for 3-4, sits on a deck looking out to the lake with seating
for 6 others. The sauna for 5, shower/change house makes for a
complete relaxing night.
New features indoor shower/year round windows and fan in master bedroom.
Cottage sleeps 6, 2 doubles, 2 extra long singles.
Bedding,linens, and beach towels are supplied.
On our 12' x 36' dock sits 4 Muskoka chairs and table, 12x12 screened
tent to make those summer days enjoyable.

Activies are endless:
We have a rowboat, 2 sit on top kayaks and a peddle boat for
your boating pleasure.
We have horseshoes, card games, board games to use. A whole library
of books and VHS/DVD Movies for your enjoyment.

Price/Week: $1000.00 (July - August) Discount for multi weeks (please
inquire), $800.00 (May, June, September, October)
Price/Month: $3500.00 (Off-season $2000)
Other Pricing: $400 for 2 night stay, $150 each additional night (off
season only)
