Brick paver entry and driveway. Unit has Own garage and a wonderful
screened roofed lanai All new furnishings. King size or twin beds,
Beautiful full size new kitchen. Everything you could possibly want
is here.

Two Tv's, DVD, VCR, Stereo, King size bed or twin beds, All linens
included, Large walk in shower, Kitchen features solid surface stove,
regular size frig with ice maker, built in microwave and all small
kitchen appliances. Ironing Board and Iron, hair dryer, Gas Bar BQ,
Screened roofed lanai, Washer and Dryer, Garage with very private
accommodations.

Close to Bonita Beach, Lely Barefoot beach and Vanderbilt Beach. Many
restaurants and loads of shopping malls nearby. Located at the
northern tip of Collier County West of 41. Take Interstate I75 to
Bonita Beach Rd (Exit#116)go West to West Avenue crossing over Old 41
and 41. Left on West Ave to corner of 3rd and West. Driveway is off
West on Left, the only brick paver driveway.

October thru November 15th  monthly rate $950.00 

1 person $450.00 wk  2 people $500.00 wk 

December 1-22nd  $500 week minimum 2 weeks.

Christmas week  $600.00 

Dec 1 thru 29th   $1200.00 

January 2010 is booked thru Mid March
 
March 16-31  $1400.00 based on 2 week minimum


April 2010 $1800.00 Month $600.00 Weekly rate based on 2 week minimum
starting on the 13th



All linens and utilities included. Unit is for 2 people only.

$500.00 deposit to hold the date. 1/2 of Balance is due 120 days
before arrival and the balance is due 60 days before arrival.

Security deposit will be returned less any damages or loss
charges.
Rental rates do not include the 10% tax (State and hotel tax)

One small pet may be possible submit type of pet for approval 
Pet Deposit $500.00 less any loss or damage.
$100.00 not refundable and will be used for additional cleaning from Pet.


$100.00 cancellation fee if cancelled within the deposit stage.
Refunds will only be made after that if the time period is booked by
another party. Every effort will be made to book and refund your money.


$500.00 to hold reservation. 1/2 of balance due 120 days prior to
arrival with the balance due
60 days in advance. Once the first 1/2 of balance is made refund will
be made only if your time is booked by another party. Every effort
will be made to book it and refund your money.
