Quiet residential area close to everything. Very private with own
Brick paver entry and driveway. Unit has Own garage and a wonderful
screened roofed lanai for a nice afternoon nap. All new furnishings. King size or twin beds, beautiful full size new kitchen. Everything you could possibly want is here. Small pool is shared with owner of house.  Pool and fencing separates house and apartment 

Small boat storage is Ok and permitted in driveway or if small enough can be stored in garage.  Truck Ok in driveway also.

Two New flat screen Tv's with Direct TV. Wireless Internet, Bose Music system with CD player. King size bed or twin beds, All linens included, Large walk in shower, Kitchen features solid surface stove, Full regular size frig with ice maker, built in microwave and all small kitchen appliances. Ironing Board and Iron, hair dryer, Beach supplies, Gas Bar BQ, Screened roofed lanai, Garage with washer and Dryer.

Close to Bonita Beach, Lely Barefoot beach and Vanderbilt Beach. Many
restaurants and loads of shopping malls nearby. Located at the
northern tip of Collier County West of 41. Take Interstate I75 to
Bonita Beach Rd (Exit#116)go West to West Avenue crossing over Old 41
and 41. Left on West Ave to corner of 3rd and West. Driveway is off
West on Left, the only brick paver driveway.

December Special thru New Years   $1800.00

January 2012   $2400. month

Feb 2012   $2600.00

March 1-14   $1500. 2 weeks 

April 1-14th   $700 week

April 15-30    $500 week

May-December  $950.00 per month for long term lease

All linens and utilities included. Unit is for 2 people only. 

$500.00 deposit to hold the date. 1/2 of Balance is due 120 days
before arrival and the balance is due 60 days before arrival.

Security deposit of $200.00 will be charged and  will be returned less any damages or loss
charges.
Rental rates do not include the 10% tax (State and hotel tax)

$100.00 cancellation fee if cancelled within the deposit stage.
Refunds will only be made after that if the time period is booked by
another party. Every effort will be made to book and refund your money.


$500.00 to hold reservation. 1/2 of balance due 120 days prior to
arrival with the balance due 60 days in advance. Once the first 1/2 of balance is made refund will be made only if your time is booked by another party. Every effort
will be made to book it and refund your money.
