Beautiful Beach House in Ocean City

Our home is located on the bay side of West Ave. We are between 26th and 27th Streets.  It is three blocks to the beach. The boardwalk begins at 23rd Street. We have plenty of parking! There is a one car
garage for your use. You can also park outside in front of the garage. A third space is available behind the house. There are also many spots to park out front. (There are no homes across the street from us.)

We are on the first floor. It is about six steps up to our front porch which has a table with six chairs and a gas grill for you to enjoy. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes, pans etc. The living room has a TV, DVD, and a VCR. The bedrooms are six steps up from the living area. The living room and all bedrooms have ceiling fans.

There is a washer & dryer, four bedrooms (3 queens and 1 set of twin beds), a large hall bath w/tub and shower. The two back bedrooms have sliding glass doors that open onto a back porch. Beautiful sunsets can be enjoyed from here! The master bedroom has a TV, full bath with two sinks and a stall shower. There is also an enclosed outside shower, three hose connections and a clothes line for all the sandbuckets and wet bathing suits.

 
Four BEACH TAGS and BEACH CHAIRS are provided. The unit is about seven years young and is on a larger than normal lot (for Ocean City) so the neighbors are not on top of you while you enjoy your stay. There is no smoking inside the property.  However smoking on the outside porches is fine!  Sorry - no pets permitted.

Ocean City, NJ is a family resort with fabulous beaches, unique shops and restaurants downtown, a
fantastic boardwalk lined with more shops and restaurants of every kind, movie theaters, amusement
rides, miniature golf courses and an exciting water park.
If you are looking for more water sports we have plenty!! There is swimming, surfing, sailing and
boating to name a few. Culturally inclined? Ocean City has an active Arts Center, Historical
Museum, Library and a Music Pier which offers many wonderful concerts. The city has an outstanding
program of special events, many playgrounds and recreation activities. Our two and a half mile long
boardwalk is perfect for walking, running, biking, riding a surry or just relaxing on a bench to
read or watch the sunrise over the ocean.
If you cannot find enough to do in town - we are just 20 minutes from Atlantic City, 30 minutes from
Cape May, 70 minutes from Philadelphia and 2 1/2 hours to New York City. A perfect location for your
vacation!!
