The Lighthouse / Great pool access in Duck Key

Location,location,location..the "lighthouse" is a brand new home
located in a prime location in Outdoor Resorts,at long key, a gated vacation
community. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath stilt home is located on a canal
with bay access. Directly across the road in front of the home, is
an olympic size swimming pool and recreational center. Watch the
kids at the pool from your own balcony!!! Or if you prefer, spend
time at the back of the house looking for a manatee or tarpon
rolling. If you look at our pictures, you can see the bay and
marina with grocery store from the balcony as well. The house also
has a pull out sofa for additional sleeping. Our house is located
on Long Key mile marker 66.

Items in the home: Central a/c, sofa-bed, futon, barbeque grill,
cable tv, washer and dryer, modern, brand new kitchen,
microwave,towels, linens and 36 feet of private dock.

Ammenities in the resort: 24 hour security and maintenance, gated
community, olympic size swimming pool, kids pool, shuffleboard, ping
pong, basketball, tennis courts, recreation hall, pool tables,
marina, grocery store, gas station,tiki huts,volleyball area, and
private beach

Swimming with the dolpins close by, swimming, snorkling, world
famous inshore and offshore fishing with access to the ocean 2
minutes from back yard. Boat rental, Long Key State Park, shopping,
sightseeing, 1 hour from Key West, 20 minutes to Islamorada, jet ski
rental

From $1000 to $1500 per week. Rates include cleaning fees and
taxes. Monthly rates are available. $500 security deposit required
to confirm; serves as damage deposit and is refundable upon
inspection after departure. A signed rental agreement is required.

Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival. There is a $100
maximum electric use when renting monthly. 50% refund of deposit if
cancelled within 30 days. Note ***RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE
