tenancy.

Great room has TV, stereo, DVD player and games.  The patio has
stereo speakers. Kitchen is fully equiped down to the Margarita
glasses w/ stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator w/ ice and
water in the door, cookware, dinner ware, flatware and small
applicances. Great room and kitchen are fully tiled as are both
bathrooms for easy maintenance.
Master bedroom is carpeted and has TV, queen sized bed, night
stands, chair w/ ottoman, bureau, walk in closet and view. Guest
room is carpeted w/ queen sized bed, TV, chair, bureau. Built in barbeque,fireplace, patio table, chairs, and umbrella are in backyard.
Two car attached garage w/ automatic opener and direct house access
make entry easy.

Golf, tennis, and swimming in the community pool are available to
the tenants. The golf course boasts an excellent restaurant that
serves breakfast ,lunch and dinner and the view from the patio is
beautiful. Premier restaurants, casual dining and terrific shopping
abound in La Quinta, Palm Desert, Indian Wells, Rancho Mirage, and
Palm Springs.
The valley has 6 casinos that offer dining, shows and Las Vegas
style gambling. Thaquitz Falls, nature preserves, the Palm Springs
Ariel Tramway, and mid-century architecture are just a few of the
things to be enjoyed in this beautiful place. The area is know for
its arts and music festivals, theater, horse shows, golf & tennis
events, and community events that offer a unique variety of
activities. But pulling up a chair on the patio and star gazing is
one of the best times to be had.
