Located on a fresh water lake, Lake Nemahbin in Delafield, it is known for
great swimming, fishing, boating and enjoying the sunset - there is something for everyone do to at their own leisure. If your looking for the isolation of the great up north, stop here. Sugar Island offers it all! A private, quiet leisurely setting.

With over 150' feet of private sany beach, enjoy playing in the sand, swimming in the clear, clean, sand bottom lake, boating and fishing. At night, enjoy the screened in cabana overlooking the lake to watch the incredible sunset or take out a boat for a sunset cruise and return to build your campfire.

Just a 30 minute drive from Milwaukee or Madison and 75 minutes from Chicago O'Hare.

Upon your arrival at our private boat landing we will guide you to the Island to acclimate you to the cottage, boathouse and all the toys for your enjoyment pleasure.  Come and go from the Island as you please, it is a simple 5 minute boat ride across the lake.  Use our boats or bring your own. We provide a private parking lot and dock on the mainland for your convenience of coming and going from and to the island.

The Island Cottage is located on a wooded private lot overlooking the lake. It offers a fully equipped kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room, 2 Bedrooms, Screened Cabana, Bathroom and Boathouse (fishing boat, kayak, canoe).

Sleeping Accomodations: 2 Bedrooms: 1 bedroom with queen bed. The second bedroom includes a set of bunk beds and a single bed, accomodating 4 people.

Cabana                                                                                                           Enjoy eating, playing games or just relaxing in the cabana overlooking the lake. It includes a large table and seating.

Large Private lot with 150' of sand beach water frontage (facing West - sun all day) and a big grassy area to play catch, batmitten, firescar - build a fire and roast marshmellows, relax in the hammock, enjoy the blaring orange sunsets. 

150' of Private Sand Beach to build sandcastles, fish off the pier, or just lay back in a lawn chair  enjoying the sun all day long.

specific information on these
wonderful, well known parks.

For the shopping lovers, quaint antique and art shops full of
treasures await you in the historical Town of Delafield, Wales and Oconomowoc. Shoppers love the original Lang store, clothing boutiques, quality restaurants and night life. All within 5 minutes.

If your looking for a day of adventure, Wisconsin Dells is 45 minutes away offering family fun with Waterparks, minature golf, water rides and activities galore. Or visit Great America, our theme park to enjoy the latest in roller coasters, rides and shows.

If a movie is in order or other general shopping, a movie theatre
surrounded by a variety of restaurants, gas stations, Target, Kohls, Pizza Parlor, and other variety stores are within a 5 minute drive.

May - September Rates:$1,450 per week (7 nights) or $250 per night based on a 4 night minimum.

Week of July 4th: $1,850

Cleaning Fee: $75.00

Refundable Security Deposit: $350  rental fee. Security Deposits will be returned within 30 days following last day of rental. Security deposit will cover any accidental damage or lost items during rental period.

Pontoon Rental: Available for rent at a weekly rate of $250.00 plus $4.00 per galllon for gas.

Rental Requirements;
 

50% Rental Fee Deposit required at time of booking to hold reservation.

Remaining Rental, cleaning and Security Deposit Fee are due 1 week prior to first day of reservation.

You must be 21 to rent this property.

This is a non-smoking property and allergy free (sorry no pets)

Cancellation Policy: All cancellation notices must be made via email or writting.
60 Day Notice: A 100% refund will be honored for all cancellations
received 60 days prior to first day of rental.

30 Day Notice: A 50% refund will be honored for all cancellations
received 30 days prior to first day of rental.

Less than 30 Day Notice: A 25% refund will be honored for all
cancellations received within 30 days prior to first day of rental.
