Vacation Rental Description

Come relax in a Tropical Oasis located on a corner lot in a  
wonderful community just 8 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip and 5  
minutes from the airport.  Our home offers a beautiful landscape  
backyard complete with a heated pool, hot tub with waterfall and a  
mini putting green for outdoor entertainment.  Enjoy an outdoor BBQ  
under a covered patio complete with ceiling fans or relax inside in  
front of our 65 in color TV complete with surround sound and digital  
cable.  We also offer a full size pool table, free long distance  
phone calls and high speed internet for added indoor entertainment.   
Our gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with all the convenience and  
comforts of home.  Enjoy the master bedroom complete with a 32 in  
TV, walk-in closet and its own private bathroom.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Amenities include air-conditioning, central heating, washer and  
dryer, linens provided, towels provided, 65 in color tv in family  
room, master bedroom has 32 in color tv, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms also  
have private tvs, satellite cable, DVD/VCR player, gas fireplace,  
gourmet kitchen with coffee maker, cooking utensils, dishwasher,  
microvave, oven, refrigerator, toaster, separate dining room,  
seating for four. Entertainment Amenities: pool table, free long  
distance calls, high speed internet, private heated swimming pool,  
private hot tub, BBQ, mini putting green.

50% deposit is due at the time of booking to hold dates. The  
remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
