Coral Bay Vacation Villa--This Quaint and Cozy,newly decorated home  
with Wicker Furniture and Palm Tree Motifs, adds to this  
tropical home. 
  
A large pond with 20 koi fish in the backyard with a Screened-in  
Lanai adds to your evening sitting pleasure while listening to the  
tropical sounds of the night.   
  
For your Viewing Pleasure, enjoy a small Lake with an Island of  
Trees at the end of the street.  
Also, a short 5 minute drive to the Beaches and the famous Cortee  
River.  
 
Sleeps 5-6 people comfortably with 2 Queen Beds and one Queen Futon. 
Also, will consider long term rental, but not more than 3 months. 
 
Also if you forget your Laptop There is a 17inch Screen Desk Top  
Computer for your use and to keep in touch with family by using our  
Internet Connection. 
 
We have low year round rates and this Quaint and Comfortable home is  
ready and available for your Florida Vacation. Most of all we would 
be happy to have you as our Guest at Coral Bay.  
We also speak fluent French and some Spanish for our International

We spent our golf holiday March 05 & going back again next year.  
The "innkeepers" are marvelous as well as Jenny's helpfullness via e- 
mails. Loved the house & surroundings... Had quite a few nice dinners  
& some wine in the evenings out in the linai. Can hardly wait to go  
back next winter !!

We found Coral Bay Villa to be comfortable and well suited for our  
needs. A very quiet neighborhood, remenicent of home, with an  
exceptional owner, and friendly innkeeeprs. We were very pleased with

Rates are $1500.00 for 2 and $1800.00 for 3 or more guest. Get a Free

Florida Taxes 10%  
 
Small Pets Welcome (max 2 pets) 
 
 
Payment Options: Personal Check, Cashier's Check, Pay Pal 
 
Security Deposit is $200.00 ($275.00 if you bring a pet) 
If you cancel your reservation within anytime, you will forfeit your  
security deposit. If you are Ill then you must present a doctors note  
in order to get your deposit refunded. No other reasons will be  
accepted.  
 
There is a non-refundable cleaning fee of $50.00 and if you bring a  
pet it is $75.00. 
 -If there are any mishaps, the cost to repair will be deducted from  
the damage deposit
