Vacation Rental Description

Come and stay in our lovely, clean, comfortable and very spacious 
home located in Oceanside Village, Surfside Beach.  

A 10 minute walk (1/2 mile) to our ocean beach access with 
private parking (complete with showers and bathrooms) makes it the 
perfect location.

Oceanside Village is a private gated community with 24-hour security 
located 8 miles south of Myrtle Beach.  Our home features 3 bedrooms 
and 2 full baths. We have a queen sized bed in the master bedroom, 
bunk beds in 2nd BR and a queen sized sleeper sofa in the 3rd 
BR/den.  We also have 2 twin (hotel quality) rollaway beds to sleep a 
total of 8 guests comfortably on all newly purchased mattresses. 

Our home is equipped with high speed internet service so you can 
stay "connected".  We are centrally air conditioned have two TVs, DVD & VCR, a fully 
equipped kitchen, with microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee 
maker.  We have a washer & dryer, provide all linens and towels as 
well as beach chairs and towels to lighten the travel load for our 
guests.  

We have a large screened-in porch as well as a deck overlooking a 
canal where we enjoy our morning coffee, evening cocktails, barbeque 
and watch the swans and ducks float by. 

We have a library of books as well as games so that our guests can 
feel at home while on vacation.
 
•	Garden City and Surfside Beach fishing piers are located 1 
mile  away. 
•	Close to all Myrtle Beach attractions and shopping. 
•	Murrells Inlet, known for its seafood, is 5 
miles away.
•	Our home is a NON SMOKING home
•	PETS are permitted ONLY with prior approval

From the moment our guests walk in, they feel like they've come 
home.  We have it set up with ALL the necessities, i.e., oil & 
vinegar, aluminum foil, paper towels, coffee, etc. so that we ask our 
guests to replenish those items which need replenishing. This is our 
home, which we "share" with our guests.
 
Come and visit, you won't want to leave and will want to come back. 
It's a treasure. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Within our community we have an indoor heated pool, an outdoor pool, 
basketball courts, lighted tennis courts as well as a large 
playground and a brand new library and exercise center.  There is 
private parking for beach access which offers bathrooms with 
showers. 
•	There is an oceanfront restaurant with a deck to 
enjoy lunch or dinner and a cocktail while you enjoy the Ocean. 
•	We are close to many tournament golf courses 
•	Golf carts are available for rent to use within our 
community and to get to our beach parking. 

Activities and Attractions

•	Our Recreation Center offers many activities year-round 
which renters are invited to join in on.
•	There are 5 stocked lakes for fishing. 
•	Lighted tennis courts
•	Large playground with swings, slides, a carosel
•	Ball field
•	Brand new Exercise center
•	Water aerobics M-F in the indoor pool

Vacation Rental Rates

$800 per week October-April, 
$1,400 per month October-April

$1,100 per week May-September
+100 holiday weeks

$200 security deposit is required

Daily rates (4 night minimum)available--$640 May-Sept, $460 Oct-Apr.

We require a lease signed by a responsible adult--25 years old.
