High Season (October 1 through May 31):
     Daily   - $250
     Weekly  - $1350
     Monthly - $3650
      
Low Season (June 1 through September 30):
     Daily   - $200
     Weekly  - $950
     Monthly - $2650


Reservation Deposit of $500 to $1,000 due at time of reservation.

home is usually rented for January-April by mid September!
