with wonderful full ocean views from Living Room, Kitchen and Master Bedroom.  Sliding glass doors 
and large picture windows.  Full Monterey Bay view from Pacific Grove to Capitola.  New owners, 
newly refurnished, new custom kitchen - new custom cabinets and new granite counter tops.  This 
condo is one of the nicest units available!  

Single level condo, access from garage without steps, or front door access is up one short flight of 
stairs.  Washer/dryer in the condo.  Swimming pool wtih full beach/ocean views is a short walk 
within this private complex.  Pool is heated June to September 1.  1 minute walk to pool and beach
