The pier is not only for your boat, it is also a great fishing spot for guests ! Complimentary Kayaks are available for guest use and Sister's Creek is a great waterway to explore! To top it off, Sombrero Beach (a City Park on the Ocean) is only a block away!
Tile floors throughout, recently remodeled kitchen and baths, 2 central air systems, this home is maintained in tip top condition! Fully equipped with linens, towels, full kitchen with microwave oven and dishwasher, TV's in the living room and each bedroom has a new 32" flat screen! DVD player. Bose radio/cd player. Broadband internet service with WiFi, Washer/dryer, gas grill and bait freezer.
The pool can be heated in the winter or chilled in the summer for an additional charge of $200.00 per week.

Sombrero Beach is just yards away. Even though this home has it's own
beach, Sombrero Beach is a pleasant walk away. Beautifully maintained
with play areas for kids. The Sombrero Beach area is a great spot to
ride bikes... lots of quiet residential neighborhoods and meandering
streets.

Marathon and the Middle Keys offers shops and services including two grocery stores, Publix and Winn Dixie, 2 drug stores, CVS and Walgreen’s, a KMART and many other shops, bait and tackle stores, gifts shops and a wide selection of restaurants all within a few miles drive.
Like beaches? Sombrero Beach is just yards away and Coco Plum Beach is about 4 miles. Bahia Honda State Park is about a 20 minute drive south.

Other attractions: The Dolphin Research Center is located on Grassy Key and is always a fun spot to stop in for their tours or schedule a swim with the dolphin. The Natural History Museum at Crane Point provides a look at Keys history, sea life, touch tanks for kids and nature walks through the Hammock (also a great gift store).
Key West is a great day trip and about 1.25 hours south.

Boat rental companies are available in the Middle Keys and most of them will let you keep the boat at your dock for the week (some will even deliver and pick up the boat!).

All rates are plus a $25 booking fee, $125 cleaning fee, 12.5% sales tax and a refundable $500 reservation/security deposit.
