Vacation Rental Description

On the inlet at Sister's Creek, this home has magnificent ocean views!

One of the few locations in the Middle Keys where you can have the
best of all features. 

A natural sandy beach at your back door, boat dockage, a freshwater
swimming pool, spa and great views of the Atlantic Ocean from the
living area, screen porch, pool and yard! A spacious home, well
decorated and equipped. Tile floors throughout, recently remodeled
kitchen and baths, 2 central air systems, this home is maintained in
tip top condition! Beautifully landscaped yard with fruit trees and
tropical foliage. The screen porch is a favorite spot to kick back and
relax, dine or soak in the spa. To top it off, Sombrero Beach (a City
Park on the Ocean) is only a block away! 

For the fisherman .. the ocean is only a stones throw away. Great
dockage on Sister's Creek. A protected trip "up the creek" will lead
to the 7 mile bridge for easy access to the Gulf. No boat or no
energy? You can still have fun fishing off the dock, with the ocean so
close a variety of fish are swimming by.

Washer/dryer, gas grill, bait freezer.
This is a NON SMOKING home, No pets allowed. The pool can be heated
for an additional charge of $200.00 per week.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The home has a king size bed in the master and one in the second
bedroom (both are the air fill with individual controls for each side).
The third bedroom has 2 twin beds. Linens and towels are included as
well as a well equipped kitchen.

Cable TV in the living room and each bedroom. Bose radio C/D player.

Broadband internet service for those who must work on vacation!

Activities and Attractions

Sombrero Beach is just yards away. Even though this home has it's own
beach, Sombrero Beach is a pleasant walk away. Beautifully maintained
with play areas for kids. The Sombrero Beach area is a great spot to
ride bikes... lots of quiet residential neighborshoods and meandering
streets. Grocery stores, shops and services are nearby.

Vacation Rental Rates

$3,300.00 per week plus 11.5% sales tax
Christmas and New Years $3550.00
$9,900.00 per month (4 weeks)
$13,200.00 for February (no discount)
