Vacation Rental Description

Coastal Casita is a tropical paradise only a half block from 
Tourmaline Beach located in north Pacific Beach in the La Jolla 
school district and only one block south of La Jolla's Bird Rock 
shopping area on a quiet residential cul-de-sac.  

This home features three bedrooms and one full bath, new stainless 
steel appliances in the fully stocked kitchen.  Two bedrooms have 
queen beds. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with two twin beds and 
an additional twin bed.  A trundle twin bed and sleeper sofa are 
also available for additional sleeping.  

Stroll to miles of sandy beaches famous for the surf break, wind 
surf spot and swimming and beachcombing.  You can walk to the south 
for miles toward the Pacific Beach Crystal Pier and the Boardwalk or 
head north to Bird Rock.  

This beach cottage home features 2 TVs with cable/HBO/Showtime and 
movie channels, high speed internet access throughout.  It also has 
an outdoor hot water shower, large jacuzzi, custom deck with bar-be-
que and outdoor dining area for entertaining.  The large lushly 
landscaped yard is fenced in for privacy.  

Fine dining in the Bird Rock district of La Jolla is only a few 
blocks away.  The Coastal Casita is located 3 miles from the center 
of the Village of La Jolla.

The Coastal Casita is located 20 minutes from San Diego 
International Airport.  Other popular venues nearby include: Gaslamp 
District, Sea World, Lego Land, the San Diego Zoo, the La Jolla 
Cove, Children's Pool, Bird Rock, Wild Animal Park.  Disneyland is 
1.5 hours away.
