The villa is situated in Arlington Woods, next to the Heritage Pines
golf course.
It is a three bedroom (two with double beds and one with twin beds -  plus a foldaway single bed kept in the master bedroom closet), two bathroom villa with lounge, dining, kitchen and breakfast areas. Large covered lanai (22ft by 10ft) with sunloungers and outdoor dining furniture. Equipped with ceiling fan
and overlooking heated Roman style pool (24ft by 12ft).
Villa fully air conditioned, with heat pump.
Cable TV
Double garage with automatic door opener.
Mains operated smoke detectors.
Easy access from Tampa airport via Suncoast Parkway.

Fully equipped kitchen with large cooker, large fridge/freezer,
microwave, coffee maker, sandwich maker, toaster and all necessary
utensils, crockery, glassware and cutlery. (Everything you need for up
to eight people).
Dishwasher and sink garbage disposer.
Washing machine and dryer.
All linen and towels provided (including beach towels). Hair dryers
in both bathrooms.
Two bicycles (in garage) for guests use. Beach chairs, sun umbrella and coolbox are available for the use of guests.

There is a flat screen High Definition TV (over 200 channels) and  DVD player in lounge area and a TV in master bedroom.
Radio cassette player/recorder.

Telephones in kitchen and master bedroom.  All calls within US and Canada are free.
Wireless internet access available, with up to 20mb broadband, for your laptop.

No pets allowed.
Smoking in lanai area only.

There are several golf courses nearby.
Fishing boating and swimming very popular and easily accessed.
Weeki Wachee Spring and water park just a few miles away.
Taking a boat on the Weeki Wachee river is a must (you can often swim
with the Manatees here).
See spectacular sunsets at Aripeka and Hudson Beach (On the waterfront, Sam's Bar has a great atmosphere and excellent food and drink).
Numerous parks catering for lots of different activities.
Many excellent beaches a short drive away. A particular favourite for
families with children is Pine Island Park. (Watch the dolphins here).

Take a drive (approx. 35 minutes) to Tarpon Springs (world famous sponge docks) and then on to beautiful Howard Park beach.
The area has excellent restaurants with new ones constantly opening.

There is a new mall (includes Office Depot, Best Buy, Ross, J.C.Penny, Sports Authority, Cracker Barrel and many other stores) just 1mile North on US 19, together with a Super Walmart Centre.

The Gulf View Mall is a fifteen minute drive South on US 19.

£375 - £425 ($695 - $750) per week for up to six people.

Minimum rental period for Jan/Feb/March/April is 30 days. Cost is £1300 ($1900).  Reduction for longer periods - please ask for quote.

£50 ($80) per week extra for use of sofa bed (caters for two
additional people).

From £50 ($80) per week extra for use of pool heater. (Depends on
time of year.
