Vacation Rental Description

views. You'll enjoy the privacy of your own beautiful oceanfront pool 
with its spacious deck and picnic area. The fully-equipped kitchen is 
located downstairs, along with the dining area, laundry facilities 
and two bedrooms. The first floor also features a "sunset deck" and 
an enclosed porch which opens onto the pool deck. The second floor 
features a large enclosed porch with extraordinary ocean views, 
family room, a bar with sink and refrigerator, and three bedrooms. An 
additional washer and dryer are also available upstairs. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Pool, sundeck, patio, 2 enclosed porches, 2 washers & dryers, large 
second floor porch with fabulous view, picnic area, 2 car enclosed 
garage, TV's, DVD and VCR, DVD collection, etc., etc.

Activities and Attractions

Surfing, Whale and dolphin-watching, boating, fishing, sand castle-
building, miniature golf, etc., etc., etc.  One hour to Orlando and 
the attractions:  Disney, Universal, Sea World, etc.  30 minutes to 
Kennedy Space Center.

Vacation Rental Rates

Regular Weekly rate is $3750-3950, weekly specials occasionally 
available during the off-season. Bike Week and available holidays 
rent for $4500-5000/week.  Monthly rate is available only in 
January,  April, and May.  Monthly rate is $5500.  12 1/2% tax and a 
one-time cleaning fee of $125 are additional.
