                    " Charming Historic Bungalow "                
Nestled within the Art community of Mount Dora, this professionally 
restored and decorated 1917 Art's and Craft's Bungalow offers both  
charm and original vintage decor from the past with all the modern 
conviences of today. Two private bedrooms (one king /one full)one  
bath, a spacious living and dining area with swining doors that 
adjoin a 10'x 18'kitchen designed for entertaining and gourmet 
cooking, complete with gas cooking, side by side refrig (ice and 
water in door), disherwasher, double sink w/ disposal and since the 
owner uses it also you have all the amenities of home; coffee pot, 
blender, juicer, linens and enough cooking and serving dishes to 
accomodate a dinner for 12, even a tv and sofa and breakfast nook 
for those backdoor kitchen friends. The front screened porch is the 
best spot for mornings with its own wrought iron table w/ chairs and 
wicker furnishings for relaxing and enjoying the outdoor weather The 
back porch is also screened with an extra sleeping sofa/futon, 
washer/dryer and two vintage bicyles for your use. The extra large 
back yard is wooded with concrete tables and benches and a great 
stainless steel outdoor gas cooking grill. Also installed is cable
(with movie channels), high speed internet, phone, record player w/ 
lots of alblums from the 50's through the 70's, books, games, 4 
tv's, an extensive vhs and dvd collection, steros, c/d, cassette 
player, and wonderful leather sofas for afternoon naps.  Walk to 
downtown for Park's, Galleries, Boutiques, Shop's, and World Class 
dining, or go and explore our lakes, parks and bueatiful town on 
your own.

Enjoy an antique train ride(with or without dinning), town trolley 
tours, horse & carriage rides, sunset cruises on lake Dora, boat 
rentals (Private or guided) golf, tennis, shuffleboard, lawnbowling, 
and fishing are some of the towns amenities. 

Mount Dora is known as the Antique Capital of Florida and is just 
minutes away from "Renningers Antique Market" where you can spend a 
day or two junking for treasures

Mount Dora is also one hour from the major Orlando attractions, 
Daytona & New Smyrna beaches.

May - September $2400 month /$675 week
October - April $3000 month /$750 week
$200  security deposit required (refunded upon departure)
State and local taxes at 11% are applied to rental fee
week-end rates available upon request
