Summer and Holiday Rates: (May 1--October 1)
$125 USD nightly (2 night minimum); $875 weekly; $3000 monthly
$208 non-refundable deposit required to secure reservation (we accept PayPal)
Remaining balance + $100 refundable security/key deposit and $50 cleaning fee required at check in.
