$500 damage deposit (refunded wed. after checkout if home is  
left in the order it was found). 11% Florida state tax, all rates  
reflect 6 people or less. additional $100 extra per person after 6. 
**Holiday Upcharge** 
 
Half of total rent due to secure home, Balance of rent, tax and  
damage deposit must be paid 30 days prior to check-in day.
