The heated pool and jacuzzi is only a two minute walk from the front
door! The condo is surrounded
by lovely walking paths. We are very close to PGA & LPGA golfing
events and Baseball spring training
(GO CUBS). Driving distance is only 20 minutes from Phoenix Sky
Harbor Airport.

Air Conditioning, Microwave, Refrigerator w/ ice maker, Dishwasher, 3
TVs w/ cable, DVD player, Washer/Dryer, Ceiling Fans in every room,
all linens, all appliances, BBQ,2 queen beds and a fairly new queen
sleeper sofa. Condo comfortably
sleeps 6.

Jan 1 - March 31: $850.00 per week/$130.00 per day/3 day minimum
April 1- Sept: $750.00 / per week/ $120.00 per day/3 day minimum
Oct - Dec 31: $800.00/week/$125.00 per day/3 day minimum

$500.00 security deposit at the time of booking. Deposit is
fully refundable if the property is left in good condition. There is a
$75.00 cleaning fee. Cleaning fee is waived if you rent for 3 weeks
