We rent a beautiful 2 floor beachhouse with oceanview:
Large beach house located on the dune for 2-4 people, also suitable for a family.
Ground floor: Completely equipped kitchen, with a sofa (which can possibly be converted into a sleeping area) and a dining table, WC/shower with hot water, outdoor deck with table.
Second floor: Large bedroom with king size bed and hide-a-bed, large terrace window hammock and chairs, ocean views.

Prices 2011 / 2012:

• High season (December to May): 2100.- usd per week
• Middle season ( May, July, August, November): 1800.- usd per week
• Low season prices (June, September, Oktober): 1400.- usd per week
• Christmas/New Years Week 2012/2013: 3500.- usd per week (only weekly rental from saturday to saturday; 22nd until the 29th of december and 29th of december until the 5th of january)

14% taxes are included in the prices.

Payment methods: Bankwire, Paypal (+ 4% taxes).
We charge 50% by reservation and the other 50% one
month before renting.
