Beach Casa de San Juan in Puerto Rico

Calle Yardley 11, San Juan, PR 00911. This beautiful 8,650 sq.ft. beach house is
just five homes off the beach, on a street that ends right onto the
sand. Walk from front door to sand in under two minutes. The house
was completely, newly remodeled in 2007, with new tile, mosaics,
furniture, kitchens, pool, spa, baths, art, central air conditioning,
washer / dryer, the list just goes on. There is a computer on the
first floor and high speed internet upstairs and down, fully equipped
kitchens, baths, dining rooms, and living rooms, on both floors. Each
floor has it's own, separate, front door entrance, driveway, and two
parking spaces. Both floors have outdoor covered porches. There is a
spiral stairway from the 2nd story outdoor porch down to the pool, and
the first floor has double doors that open right onto the pool deck.
There is a new stainless steel gas grill by the pool as well as a
jacuzzi. One room on each floor has a king bed. One room on each
floor has a queen bed, and one room on each floor has two twins. The
last two rooms consist of one day bed futon, and a double in the other.

The beautiful Ocean Park beach, has been rated by several leading
guides likes Frommers as one of the "Best Beaches" for its broadness,
cleanness, beautiful aqua water, white sand, and vast blue sky. It’s
quite empty during the week but favored by local crowds & families
during weekends. The beach is always wavy but normally good for
swimming. If you are up for it, there are activities right on the
beach like the new and exciting kite-surfing, and the all time
favorites like boogie-boarding, windsurfing, diving, surfing and
kayaking. The swimming pool is in a private courtyard, completely
surrounded by a 9' concrete wall with beautiful local landscaping and
palm trees. It includes a waterfall and a connected hot tub that
pours into the pool. Swimming weather is year around, and this pool
is a refreshing change after a day at the beach. The stainless steel,
gas grill next to the pool makes for a resort like setting for a
beautiful outdoor dinner.

Puerto Rico is a Caribbean island with a Latin flavor. From its food,
to its music, to its art and handicrafts, to its dance, Puerto Rico is proud of its culture and has done much to preserve its heritage. There’s much to see and do on Puerto Rico. With hundreds of beaches, numerous tennis courts, 20 or so championship golf courses, glitzy casinos, under the sea wonderlands of caves and coral reefs, beautiful rain forests, and great surfing waves, there is something for everyone here.  San Juan, the capital, is an energetic city. Old San Juan, just five miles from the house, still
retains some wonderful examples of Spanish Colonial architecture and has block after block of the  best shopping, hotels, restaurants, and sightseeing.

Thanksgiving Week - $5100 plus $350 cleaning fee.

Christmas week - $5800 plus $350 cleaning fee.
