attached jacuzzi, outside misting system, BBQ, covered seating area,
gated patio for safety for children, outside stereo system with a
peek-a-boo lake view. Everything has been recently redone, new
carpet, hardwood flooring, paint, appliances, Plasma television with
DirecTV with over 300 channels, indoor washer & dryer, and because
of our recent hardwork on the house, we do not rent our house as
a "Party House".
