Lake Shafer, Monticello in Indiana Beach

  Book early if you're planning a summer family vacation, reunion, or retreat requiring accommodations up to 24.  Our unique propety offers you the opportunity to experience a private setting away from the crowds but close enough to also enjoy all the ammenities Monticello and Indiana Beach have to offer.   The perfectly centralized lake location offers easy access to two marinas  and the amusement park - a short one mile walk or drive. 
   Our property consists of two 4-bedroom homes: each having two living rooms,  kitchen ,  four bedrooms and  two baths.    We're located around the corner from the Tippecanoe Golf Course on the main part of Lake Shafer in a park like setting at 4371 - 4383 E Jennings Loop, Monticello, In. 47960
   Our fully equipped kitchen with frig, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots & pans, glasses, and dishes give you the opportunity to prepare family meals.       Towels, bed linens, and paper products not provided.

As much as we love animals, we have a no pet policy

Both homes with a maximum capacity of 24 rents for $900 per night with a 3-night minimum

One 4-bedroom home, maximum capacity of 10  rents for $400 per night, 3-night minimum

Parking for a total of 8-10 cars available.

5% Indiana Inn Keepers tax added to total as well as $ 50 (per 4-bedroom home)  cleaning fee.

$300 will confirm reservation.  Checks preferred while credit card charges incur a service fee.
