Lake Shafer, Monticello in Indiana Beach

  We cater to  family reunions, church groups, retreats and gatherings up to 24.  Our perfectly centralized lake location offers easy access to two marinas - 1 mile away as well as the Amusement Park which is also a close 1 mile drive or pleasant walk. 
   Our property is broken down into a duplex with two bedrooms, one bath, kitchen and living room in each, total of two plus a four bedroom home with two bathrooms,  kitchen, TV room and living room.  You can rent one or two units of the duplex or the home alone  or all three units depending on the number of people in your group.  We're located around the corner from the Tippecanoe Golf Course on the main part of Lake Shafer in a park like setting  lined with trees and flowers at 4371 - 4383 E Jennings Loop, Monticello, In. 47960
   Our fully equipped kitchen with frig, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots & pans, glasses, and dishes give you the opportunity to prepare meals.
