Lake Shafer, Monticello in Indiana Beach

  Book early if you're planning a summer family vacation, reunion, or retreat requiring accommodations up to 24.  Our unique propety offers you the opportunity to experience a private setting away from the crowds but close enough to also enjoy all the ammenities Monticello and Indiana Beach have to offer.   The perfectly centralized lake location offers easy access to two marinas  and the amusement park - a short one mile walk or drive. 
   Our property consists of two 4-bedroom homes: each having two living rooms,  kitchen ,  four bedrooms and  two baths.    We're located around the corner from the Tippecanoe Golf Course on the main part of Lake Shafer in a park like setting at 4371 - 4383 E Jennings Loop, Monticello, In. 47960
   Our fully equipped kitchen with frig, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots & pans, glasses, and dishes give you the opportunity to prepare family meals.       Towels, bed linens,blankets and paper products not provided.

As much as we love animals, we have a no pet policy

Both 4-bedroom homes with a maximum capacity of 20 rents for $ 800 per night, 3 night minimum

One 4-bedroom home, maximum capacity of 10  rents for $400 per night, 3-night minimum

Parking for a total of 6 cars available.

5% Indiana Inn Keepers tax added to total as well as $ 50 - $100 cleaning fee.

$300 will confirm a reservation and serve as a damage deposit returned after departure.  Checks preferred while credit cards accepted but incur a 3% service fee.  50% of rental required 30 days prior to arrival.

Only registered guests please, visitors are not allowed.  Additional guests not registered are charged $ 50 per night to the maximum capacity of 24.
