If you love the sea, the surf, dolphins and bird 
watching  - the Delware Bay with its miles of tranquil beaches are a 
mere block and a half a way.  

From quiet walks along the beach, watching beautiful sunsets, biking 
or just chilling out, you'll  always find plenty to do. You don't 
have to travel far to enjoy world famous sunsets, see a pod of 
dolphins or watch the Cape May-Lewes Ferry sail majestically across 
the Delaware Bay -- just walk to the end of the street.

The CM-Lewes Ferry offers dozens of round trips daily to the beaches 
and shopping outlets of Lewes and Rehobeth Delaware and the terminal 
is only 1 1/2 miles from 418 Baywyn Avenue.  There are plenty of 
family-friendly restaurants, stores, farmers markets, a multi-plex, 
miniature golf courses and ice cream parlors within a short bike or 
ride.

Cape May with its Victorian architecture, five-star restaurants, 
shopping, cultural events and let's not forget birding areas is a 
only a five minute car ride away.  If you are looking for top 
entertainers, family entertainment, night life and the world famous
