Our peaceful and inviting nautical condominium is perfect for an  
amazing beach vacation. With a great location on the surreal Emerald  
Coast, a 700 foot Lazy River, and private hot tub, you are sure to  
come back year after year. 
 
Our condominium is centrally located between Destin and Fort Walton  
Beach on Okaloosa Island. We are five miles from Destin and one mile  
from Fort Walton Beach. You are in the middle of two of the best  
vacation cities in America. Not only do you have four miles of un- 
developed land on one side (free of mass crowds of people), but on  
the other side you have access to the Gulfarium, beachside  
restaurants and shops, fishing, water-sports, and more. Take your  
pick! Either side has the vacation you have been waiting for. 
 
Not only is our location perfect and our condominium's new, but the  
view is unforgettable. Imagine an oasis of palm trees with cool,  
turquoise water running like ribbon (the lazy river) around gorgeous  
tropical landscaping. Lounge on our large porch and overlook  
sailboats floating by on the inner coastal waterway while watching  
the kids float by on the lazy river. Close your eyes in our private  
jacuzzi tub and listen to the waterfall hit the water in the  
additional heated pool and you will think you are in a tropical  
paradise. Or enjoy the 5000 sq.foot pool, gym, and kiddy water  
playground at Destin West across the street. With so many features,  
how could you pass this up?
