Vacation Rental Description

Our 3400 square foot home located at 105 Park Row Lane is one of only a handful of gulf front homes  
in the WaterColor Resort. It is the second house to the right of WaterColor’s BeachClub. The rear of  
our home borders Grayton State Park; this area of the park is without public access, making the  
second floor deck completely private. The state of the art sound system that is incorporated into  
the entire house extends to the deck as well.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The second floor of our home has an open floor plan and contains the kitchen, breakfast room, dining  
area, living room and powder room. The kitchen is fully outfitted and has stainless steel appliances  
including two Bosch dishwashers and a separate wine/beverage refrigerator (Private Chef service is  
available). Both the living and breakfast room have flat screen TV's. 
  
The third floor of the house features a luxurious master suite with a sitting area, a flat screen TV  
and private covered porch. The large walk-in closet features built in shelves and drawers as well as  
an ironing board and iron and a stacked washer and dryer unit. Outside of the master bedroom is the  
loft which features a daybed with trundle (sleeps 2), game/bar table and flat screen TV. 
  
The two additional bedrooms are located on the first floor of the home. Both are large with private  
bathrooms and have flat screened TV's in their respective armoires. One of the bedrooms has a  
Playstation 2 system, the other a Nintendo Gamecube. Also on the first floor is the laundry room  
with an ironing board and iron and features GE® High Efficiency front loading washer and dryer. 
  
Other features: Concierge service. Alarm System, free wireless Internet access and long distance  
calling, professional interior design, high-end furnishings, original artwork, black walnut  
woodwork, including all floors, 2nd floor ceilings and cabinetry in kitchen and bathrooms. All  
bathrooms (with the exception of the second floor powder room) are equipped with hair dryers. Two  
car garage.

Canoe, kayak, sailboat and fishing equipment rental from the BoatHouse at Western Lake.
