Vacation Rental Description

This is a summer only, second floor, two-bedroom, one bath condo in  
Summerwind Condo Association.  Unit 8 is cozy and clean, recently  
redecorated and ready to move in. One bedroom has queen bed, the  
other bedroom has one full and three twins. Shared beach between 16  
units.  Association dock with boat tie ups.  Fire pits by the beach.   
Kiddy swings, volleyball area, gas grills.  Gorgeous view with  
fabulous sunsets across Silver Lake.  Great fishing! Two parking  
spots allowed with this no-smoking unit with extra space available  
for your trailers.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Cable TV, microwave, shower-no tub, fully equipped kitchen with  
dishes, pots, pans, etc.  Pillows, blankets all provided.  You just  
need to bring your sheets!  Ready to move in!

Nearby activities include:  Dune rides, miniature golf, boat/seadoo  
rentals, horse back riding, Lake Michigan beaches and lighthouse  
tours, go-carts, restaurants, gift shops, bike path, golf courses,  
outdoor concerts and more!  Gorgeous Silver Lake has acres of sand  
dunes!

Vacation Rental Rates

The condo is available for $100/day during the fall.  Minimum of 3 days rental.  Summer rentals are  
for one week.
