sleeper.Sleeps 4 to 6 people.There are two bunk beds also. There is a
small kitchen that is
completely outfitted. Balcony has spectacular view of the pool, beach
and sunset. This is a gated
secure community.Elevators are at the south end of the building for

Condo has a great pool for adults and a kids pool.There is a
boardwalk within feet of the pool that
leads to the beach appox 50 yards. There is a cabana next to pool for
your enjoyment. Chairs and
umbrella's are provided around pool only. Bring towels & chairs for
the beach. Coin operated laundry
machines are provided on each floor. Cable Tv is in condo as well.

There are many activities on Tybee including dolphin tours,
parasailing, charter fishing, boat,
kayak jet-ski & bike rentals. Historic Fort Pulaski is just minutes
away as well. There are tennis
courts on the property so bring your racquets! Many great resturants
on the island including The
Crab Shack,The Breakfast Club, AJ'S on the back river,Stingrays,The
Hunter House,Fannies on the
beach, North Beach Grill,Cafe Locos & the Sundae Cafe which is one of
my favorites. John Cougar Mellencamp has been known to frequent here.I recommend visiting wheretoeatatthebeachdotcom to preview the restauarants You can visit the Tybee lighthouse or the Tybee Marine Science
Center.

season $100 off season minimum 3 nights. A cleaning
fee of $65 is also accessed.A special winter rate is available for $850
