Vacation Rental Description

Treat your family to the luxurious island lifestyle of Portofino  
Florida.  An island vacation resort and spa, Portofino is an  
exclusive destination resort nestled between the pristine sugar- 
white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and the tranquil waters of Santa  
Rosa sound and bay.   
 
New (2006), 14th floor in tower 5, two bedroom, two and a half bath,  
professionally decorated by J&N interiors, overlooking pristine  
Santa Rosa Sound and Bay.  Fantastic sunsets, Designer window  
treatments, all new furniture and beds. 
 
King bed in master, armoir, HD Sony TV with DVD. Two twin beds in  
guest, armoir with Sony HD TV and DVD/Tape player. Queen sleeper in  
main room, Sony HD TV with DVD and stereo. The designer kitchen is  
completely furnished with all you need, marble and stainless steel  
appliances. A built in stainless steel electric grill is located on  
the lanai.  Dining area has table with six chairs and two bar stools  
at the breakfast bar.  Hi speed internet connections throughout,  
Three HD Sony TV's, three DVD players, stereo. HE washer/dryer.   
Main room has a queen sofa, two chairs, armoir with one of the Sony  
HD TV's (cable).  Master bath has jacuzzi tub, large tiled shower.  
Every room has a spectacular view of Santa Rosa sound, sunsets, and  
north/south views of the island. Four chairs, small table on lanai.

Vacation Rental Amenities

On site spa and life style center that has massage therapy, facials,  
personal trainers, pilates, yoga.  Five lighted clay tennis courts,  
free water taxi (Portofinos own) to Tiger Point golf, shopping and  
boardwalk.  Eight swimming pools, with one indoor, Eight jaccuzzis,  
restaurant, lounge.  Unit has AC, cable TV, hi speed internet,  
covered parking.   
No smoking, no pets. Spectactular excercise/weight room overlooking  
Santa Rosa sound and bay.

Activities and Attractions

On site rental activities include kayaking, sailing, fishing,  
bananna boat rides, water trampoline, biking, surf/boogie boards,  
beach chairs and umbrellas.  Portofino's own water taxi will take  
you to para sailing and wave runner rental, golfing at Tiger Point,   
boardwalk for shopping and restaurants on Pensacola Beach/Santa Rosa  
sound and bay. 
 
Five, lighted clay tennis courts. Professional is available for  
lessons. 
 
On the east side of Portofino is a nature preserve that stretches  
all the way to Navarre (~8 miles) with no houses, condo's etc, great  
for walks, biking, running (paved walk/bike run that is not on the  
road).  
 Nearby cinemas, restaurants sightseeing, one of the best Naval Air  
muesuems in US with IMAX theatre and many more amenities in nearby  
Pensacola.

Vacation Rental Rates

2008 - Price includes amenity, Florida taxes and cleaning fees. 
A $65 check in and damage waiver fee, charged by Intrawest, is extra. 
 
SPRING (March 2 - March 16, April 22 - May - 24 - $1795 per week, $289 per  
night. Three day minimum. 
 
SPRING BREAK (March 17 - April 21, $2095 per week, $325 per night, three day min. 
  
SUMMER  (May 25 - Sept 3. $2295 per week. $389 per night Three day minimum 
 
4th of JULY WEEK & BLUE ANGEL WEEK - $2395 per week. $399 per night. Three night min. 
 
FALL -  (Sept3 - Oct 29.  $1500 per week. $249 per night.  Three day minimum. 
 
THANKSGIVING & CHRISTMAS WEEK - $1750 per week.  $290 per night. Three night min. 
 
WINTER - (Oct 30 - March 12 , 2008)$1345 per week. $215 per night. Three day  
minimum 
 
Special prices for 2-4 week and monthly stays. Please call. 
 
Reservations require a $400 security deposit.  Balance due 30 days  
prior to arrival.  Thirty day cancellation policy, fully refunded if  
more than thirty days before check in.
