Large family friendly Beach House located on 731 Brighton Court 4  
houses to the beach and 1 block to the bay. This house is large  
enough for two families.  
 
Very clean, spacious and comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 kitchen  
home all professionally decorated.  
 
Lock up garage will accomodate 1 car and 2 parking spaces available  
(3 cars)

Policies: 
*  Payment options: Personal/Business Check, Cashiers Check, Money 
   order. 
*  Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday during Peak Season 7 nt min  
   Mid June thru 1st week in Sept. Rest of the year a four night minimum. 
*  Check-in after 2:00pm      Check-out by 10:00am. 
*  A 10.5% city room tax will be applied to the rental rates. 
*  Security deposit of $500.00 is refundable shortly after departure  
   if key is returned and premises left in acceptable condition. 
*  Information such as obtaining keys and whom to call for assistance 
   will be sent after receipt of final payment. 
*  Rates include maid service on departure.
