Lincolnville Beach Loft near Camden in Lincolnville

This cozy studio apartment is the loft above my art studio in our
newly built barn. It has all wood interior with a small Balcony over
looking Lincolnville Beach. It has a charming lay out with a
cathedral cieling in the sitting area. There is a futon sofa and a
Queen size bed . In the kitchen area there is a built in single bed.
There is a good size bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is fully
equipped for real cooking. We are within walking distance to a
sandy beach, the ferry to Islesboro, 4 restaurants. and a small
grocery store. We are 6 miles from Camden with all of its
attractions. I don't need to tempt anyone to come in summer but
the fall and winter are also great times to visit. The Studio is fully
winterized and we are 10 minutes from the Camden Snow Bowl,
a great little mountain that overlooks Penobscot Bay and the
Islands. The Beach Loft is the perfect home away from home.
Centrally located for traveling to some of the most spectacular
places in Maine.

$700.00 per week Sat.-Sat.

Check in: 2:00 pm /check out: 10:00 am

(All rates subject to  lodging tax) 

Deposit: A 50% deposit is required with signed lease to confirm reservation

Balance: The balance is due on arrival plus a 10% security deposit which will be returned 14 days after departure if there is no damage, or excessive cleaning

Cancellation: If you cancel because of an emergency we will try to rent the Apt. for the dates you reserved. If we succeed we will return your deposit,
minus a $125 processing fee.
