Lovely two story summer home on the Bluff by Silver Beach in downtown
St.Joseph, Michigan. This beautiful quaint two story home, fully
furnished, is located just 500ft. from the water at Silver Beach.
This beach has been rated as one of the top ten beaches in America
by
Parents Magazine in 2002 for it's cleanliness, serenity and total
family access from sports to barbecuing to just plain quiet
seclusion. Located in the downtown St. Joseph Michigan shopping
district and literally down the street from the famous Boulevard
Hotel and Krazal art center, makes walking the most practical way to
travel with its close proximity to everything in the tourist guide
book. One hundred feet down the street is the fun house which is the
Silver Beach rental store for all water sports items including lawn
chairs, umbrella's and of course swimming gear.

This home is fully equipped with full working kitchen,washer and
dryer, central air condition, T.V, DVD,VCR(tape and dvd rental store
close proximity)and Stereo player. Some family board games available
for your use. Upstairs newly remodeled bathroom with tantalizing
shower head with complimentary toiletries, Linens and towels are
provided for your convenience. Downstairs is a convenient new second
full bathroom bathroom. Parking garage for one car and plenty of
street parking.

Shopping district features restaurants (Tosi, Shu's, Clementines and
Tabor Hill winery and restaurant) also during the summer months are
the various city/lake front festivals starting in June all summer
long on the beach and in town(art show, antique show held on the
bluff), also the famous Curious Kids Museum.

If you have time to travel a few miles we can direct you to a
theatre
where a ticket, pop corn and drink is still only $5.00 for an adult
children's tickets are slightly lower. We make it a point to go a
few
times a week. Also a fish fry all you can eat on friday nites is
highly recommended if you like fresh fried fish and all you can eat.
