side ocean view. This is one of the most beautiful beaches in  
Florida. Our unit is a spacious three bedroom, two bath condo with  
over 1700 square feet. Large enough for two small families.  
Includes: Tile floors throughout, Central Heat and Air, Cable TV's  
and paddle fans in all 3 bedrooms with cable TV,VCR,DVD Player and 3  
paddle fans in the living room area. Full size washer and dryer,  
Fully equipped kitchen, Two tables that sit 10 people, and a bar  
that  
sits 3. Two queen sleeper sofas, Love seat, and 3 chairs in the  
living room area. Nice size balcany with chairs and a table.  
This is a "Smoke Free Home" and "No Pets Allowed" 
 
 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Unbelievable View from pool(heated in the winter months)that  
overlooks the entire Atlantic Ocean. We have a newly paved tennis  
court, shuffle board court, basket ball hoop, internet access, fire  
sprikler system throughout the entire building, secured garage  
parking and all entrances are keyed for your protection. 
 
The Moontide Condo Association will not allow Boats, Wave Runners,  
RV'S, or Trailers to be Parked On-Site

Fishing, Golfing, Minature Golf, Boating, Tennis, Restaurants,  
Biking, Surfing,Sailing, Museums, Cinemas, go-carts, and more. 
 
Nearby Attractions: Walt Disney World, Epcot, Universal, Sea

Vacation Rental Rates

                                                                      
 
Winter/Spring Season: Jan.,Feb.,March, & April - $1100/1250 week 
                                              Monthly Rates Available 
                                              (3-4 night min.)  
Feb & March $1100-$2100- This is considered special event months and  
prices are based on the week rented 
 
Off Season: May,September,October, November, & December:   
Weekly: $1100 - Montly Rates Available - 
Nightly: $150 (3-4 night min.) 
 
2008 Summer Rates: June,July, & Aug.: 1300 week 
In June,July, & Aug. we rent Sat. to Sat. (7 night min.) 
 
Exit Cleaning fee: $80.00 - (Monthly cleaning fee: ($125) 
 
Rental Rates are subject to State and County Resort Tax of 12.5% 
 
Rates quoted exclude Holidays and Special Events and are subject to  
change 
 
July 4 Holiday Week: $1400 
 
Payment Methods Accepted: Cashiers check or money order - 25% of the  
balance must be received within 30 days of reservation. The  
balance is to be paid within 30 days of your arrival date. A last  
minute reservation must pay 100% of the total rental amount. 
 
Deposits: $200 Reservation / Damage Deposit is required within 7  
business days of making a reservation and not applied to Rental  
Balance. Your Reservation / Damage Deposit is returned 30 days after  
your departure date. 
 
In the Event of a Cancellation, the Reservation/Damage deposit and  
prepaid rent will be refunded less $50 if written notice of  
cancellation is received 90 days prior to arrival. All Cancelations  
made after 90 days prior to the arrival date will result in the  
forfeiture of your deposit and prepaid rent. If we can re-rent our  
unit for the same rental dates and rent event the reservation/damage  
deposit and prepaid rent less a $50 fee will be returned. NO  
EXCEPTIONS
