The Moontide Condo Association will not allow Boats, Wave Runners,
RV'S, or Trailers to be Parked On-Site

Biking, Surfing,Sailing, Museums, Cinemas, go-carts, and more.

In June,July, & Aug. we rent Sat. to Sat. (7 night min.)

Exit Cleaning fee: $80.00

Rental Rates are subject to State and County Resort Tax of 12.5%

Rates quoted exclude Holidays and Special Events and are subject to
change

July 4 Holiday Week: $1400

Payment Methods Accepted: We are now excepting Pay-Pal, personal checks, & cashier checks - 25% of the balance must be received within 30 days of reservation. The balance is to be paid within 30 days of your arrival date. A last
minute reservation must pay 100% of the total rental amount.

Deposits: $200 Reservation / Damage Deposit is required within 7
business days of making a reservation and not applied to Rental
Balance. Your Reservation / Damage Deposit is returned 30 days after
your departure date.

In the Event of a Cancellation, the Reservation/Damage deposit and
prepaid rent will be refunded less $50 if written notice of
cancellation is received 90 days prior to arrival. All Cancelations
made after 90 days prior to the arrival date will result in the
forfeiture of your deposit and prepaid rent. If we can re-rent our
unit for the same rental dates and rent event the reservation/damage
deposit and prepaid rent less a $50 fee will be returned. NO
EXCEPTIONS
