Vacation Rental Description

This is a beatiful contemporarty colonial house with everything new inside and out. The house  
features large  
living room. Formal Dining room, Modern kitchen. It also has 3 full bathrooms, one with a whirlpool  
tub in the master bedroom and  
gorgeous mahogany tile around it. The house also has 2 decks. One from the dining room, one from the  
living  
room. House features 4 bedroom, Loft/Family room upstairs, one full  
bathroom downstairs, and two full bathroom upstairs. Floor is all laminate throughout the whole  
house. The best feature of the house however is brand new Finish SAUNA. It is located in the master  
bedroom with the entrance from the baster bathroom. This way you can get steamy in the sauna and  
right away jump into the cold shower. This is very luxurious house which gives you the sense of a  
resort style living. House is located in the middle of everything. Camelback is just a few miles  
away. All  
shoping centers are located within 5 miles. The community clubhouse with playgrounds and pools are  
just  
around the corner from the house. The Rates that are posted are valid rates, Each booking requires  
at least  
$500 security deposit.
