This 4 bdrm. 3200 sq. ft. home is located in a retreat setting making you feel like your in 
paradise. Sit 
on your own private beack looking over your 170' dock where you can use our motor boat to visit the 
private 
islands surrounding (motor boat additional $500 per week.  This direct amazing
riverfront property is a 5 yr. old colonial that sleeps 3 familys comfortably. A bird lovers dream 
with 
uninterupted views fo the North and South River with the Atlantic beyond.  The home faces the Inlet 
in Scituate 
looking at 3rd & 4th cliff in Humerock.  A granite kitchen and finished 3rd floor and basement makes 
this home 
great for entertaining.  Every room except one has unobstucted views . An outside shower and 
boathouse 
along with a full playground give the luxury  of kids begging to stay out and play. A five minute 
walk to 
restaurants, stores offering icecream and pizza also keeps the buggers busy or looking for seaglass 
on the 
beautiful Humerock beach with mezmorizing sunsets. This home looks over unnoccupied islands that be 
reached by kayak or boat for complete privacy and restorative moments that are vital during 
vacation.  
Private yoga workshops or meditation sessions in the private boat house avail. with notice at 
additional costs. 
All can be accomplished on this vacation! !!!

A private massage therapist coming to property or private boating trips can be arranged with 
personal 
escort.  Home is 20 minutes to Plymouth rock, 10 minutes to Duxbury or Cohasset and 45 minutes to 
Boston by 
train or car.  
2 kayaks ( one double and one single is included in rental price but motor boat avail for additional 
$500 per 
week), bringing total rental to $6000. 
Renter would need proof of boating licence to drive or hire our personal driver.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Linens and towels included. Home is completely furnished.

xtra costs

$100 Cleaning fee. $4000 sec. dep,  references reuired. Nonrefundable deposit of $1000 will hold 
reservation 
with balance due 30 days before arriving

Activities and Attractions

Boating, fishing, walking on beach, private yoga classed upon request at additional charge, 2 kyaks 
included, 
tour guide avail if requested, massage therapist and private chef can be 
hired at additional cost.

Vacation Rental Rates

Sheets and towels included. maid service can be arranged for $75 per day. Longer term rentals avail 
for 
different pricing, one month $6,000.  Weeklys $3500 with additional costs for rental of boat ($500 
per week)
