area, dining area, living room and recently renovated kitchen. This
home offers a waterfront living at many levels. The curved bank of
windows are surrounded by a large open deck and screened-in porch
suitable for entertaining a large gathering. At the waterfront,
there is a multi tiered large stone patio with a table for
waterfront dining and a private swimming area within a protected
cove for bathing, fishing and boating. There is a private dock on
the property suitable for docking your boat or jet ski or the onsite
canoe provided. Easily accessible from the property are miles of
hiking trails within the Pachaug state Forest suitable for hiking or
Mountain Biking.
North Stonington is a beautiful country town in Southeast
Connecticut set amidst Large tracts of farmland, pristine country
roads and old stone walls. The town is largely unchanged for years,
yet it is located only minutes from such popular destinations as
Mystic Seaport, Aquarium and Village, Stonington Borough and
Foxwoods Resort and Casino. Rhode Island Beaches are also located
within easy driving distance.
