style beach home just 1 block from the beach is perfect for family 
vacations, honeymoons, reunions, retreats, and romantic getaways.   
Located in the recently renovated Ocean Lake district of Lincoln 
City, Ocean Rose Cottage has a partial ocean view, nearby beach 
access (2 minute walk) and is close to picturesque beaches, 
excellent shopping, fine restaurants and all the Oregon Coast has 
to offer.  Large grass backyard is perfect for children and family 
games.  Jacuzzi tub in master suite. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Ocean Rose Cottage sleeps 10 comfortably in 4 nautical and garden 
themed bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Full and 2 Twin) and has two 
full bathrooms (one with jacuzzi tub).  Other amenities: cable 
TV / DVD / VCR, wood stove in living room, library, fully equipped 
kitchen, washer & dryer, children's games and books, backyard deck 
overlooking large grass backyard, and 5 off street parking spaces. 

Activities and Attractions

The Beach: 
Enjoy Lincoln City's breathtaking 7 mile sand beach, whale watching, 
sand castle building, hunting for sea shells and glass floats, deep 
sea fishing, horseback riding on the beach, investigating tidepools, 
crabbing, windsurfing and kite flying.  

The Neighborhood:
Walk to nearby miniature golf & batting cages, internet cafes, 
coffee houses, gift shops and restaurants in the recently renovated 
Ocean Lake District. 

The City: 
Visit numerous art galleries, antique stores, great restaurants, 
4 golf courses, 6 screen theatre complex, and excellent shopping 
at the Oregon Coast's largest Factory Outlet Mall. 

The Lake: 
Discover Lincoln City's scenic three mile long lake that offers 
boating, water skiing, fishing, bird watching and picnicking. 

The Vicinity: 
Don't miss the Oregon Coast Aquarium, Yaquina Head Lighthouse, 
Newport Bay, hiking the Cascade Head Trail (just north of town) 
and McMinnville's Aviation Museum (home of the "Spruce Goose").

Off Season Rates (Except Holidays) (Sept. 16 - May 14):
$120/Night  or  $840/Week (Plus Fees & Tax)

Peak Season & Holidays Rates (May 15 - Sept. 15): 
$165/Night  or  $1,155/Week (Plus Fees & Tax)
(Spring Break: March 14 - April 6)

Additional Fees & Tax:
$75 Cleaning Fee, $20 Booking Fee and 9% Lincoln City Lodging Tax

Restrictions: 
Minimum 2 Night Stay Required.
10 Guest Maximum. No Pets.  No Smoking.
