We are experienced vacation rental owners and are pleased to open  
this unit to vacation rentals in 2006! This is a studio unit located  
on the 15th floor of a brand new building. Amenities include a fully  
equipped kitchen, own bathroom and comfortably furnished living  
area. Located in Bel Aire Makati, the country's most prime and  
valuable city, also one of the country's famous tourist spots. Very  
close to Rockwell, shopping, and night life. The Street is  
surrounded with night clubs and restaurants, all within walking  
distance to Greenbelt and Ayala Center. Very safe and convenient to  
everything. Also, parking is at a premium in Makati or any other  
desirable location in this city, that is just a fact of life here.  
We do have an available parking space for extra charge of $3.00 per  
night.
