have found your spot. This VACATION HOUSE is located in a private,
secure gated resort. The house is turn key, all you have to bring
is your bathing suit and groceries. The house is fully equipped and
furnished with linens, towles and kitchen supplies. Satellite TV in
every room. The house is extremely clean. It has central a/c and
heat. There is a BBQ grill located on the dock.
Located on mile marker 66, Key West is only 1 hr 15 min south.
Marathon is only 15 min south and Islamorada is only 15 min north.
You can swim with the dolphins at the Dolphin Research Center located
7 min. south on Grassy Key. The house is two bedroom one bath that
sleeps up to four. It has a full size washer and dryer including full
size dishwasher. The house has 33 feet of dock space with a dockside
deep freezer for frozen bait and ice. There is a lighted fish
cleaning station located right on the water. You have a 50' wide by
30' deep canal. You are 30 seconds away from the bay and 1 minute to
the Atlantic Ocean by boat. Walk 15 feet from the house right into
your boat.
Marine life is abundant in your back yard. You can catch tarpon,
snapper or even an occasional grouper from the dock. Feed the fish
or swim with the resident manatee. All you have to do is jump in the
canal or anywhere on the island with your mask & snorkel and explore
all that the Florida Keys has to offer.

The Resort offers a full marina with a general store, live bait, GAS
for both car and boat......(the only water side gas in the area for
boats), olympic size heated pool, kiddie pool, shuffle board,
basketball court, ping pong table, volleyball, tennis court, Tiki
hut, private beach, and recreation hall that offers all sorts of
activities from card games to dance lessons and 24 hour security
including maintenance.

It is easy to get around the resort with your own private golf cart.
You can enjoy all of what the Florida Keys has to offer: Fishing,
boating, swimming, snorkeling, diving, lobstering, BBQ, boat rental,
restaurants, beaches, sunbathing, kayaking, shopping, bicycling,
golf, private charters, sunsets, AND RELAXING!!!!!!!!!

$1000.00 U.S. dollars per week. If rented monthly $3,500.00 U.S.
dollars. Rates subject to change during holidays. There is a 7% tax
applied to all rental fees. All gas, water, sewer, electricity and
garbage fees included. Renter is responsible for any electricity
exceeding more than $100.00 U.S. per month (which is hard to exceed).
Full payment required 60 days prior to arrival date. There is a
$500.00 security deposit for damages or disregard to the house. It is
refundable upon inspection of the residence if no damage or disregard
has occurred. 100% refund if canceled within 30 days. There is a 50%
refund of payment if canceled within 15 days prior to stay date. Must
sign a rental agreement. To get around the Resort, you have your own
private golf cart that is included with the rental.
