REMODELED - NEW TILE FLOORING IN KITCHEN, DINING ROOM, LIVING ROOM & HALL!! 
 
Sleeps 8. Nice quiet area with lots of parking. 1 assigned parking  
spot and 13 extra spots in lot for 15 unit condo building. Also, lot  
of off street parking.

Vacation Rental Amenities

In Walking distance to Jolly Rodger Amusement park. Great for the  
kids! Great Golf Courses near by, amusement parks, go-carts,  
miniture golf, fishing, shopping, restaurants,sightseeing,charter fishing,  
swimming, surfing, windsurfing,parasailing, jet skiing and all kinds  
of night life at the beach! Don't worry about driving. Ocean City  
has a bus that runs up and down the main strip 24 hours a day for $2 a  
day!Great situation for teens and adults! You can get anywhere in  
Ocean City on the bus.  
 
If you like shopping. 1/2 hour to Rehoboth Beach, Delaware Outlets.  
10 mins to Maryland Outlets across bay. Great shopping and prices.  
 
If you like seafood, Ocean City has it all. Many great restaurants  
to choose from on the ocean or watch the sunset on the bayside. A  
site you don't want to miss.

May 9 thru July 4 - Senior weeks- $2200 plus $600 security deposit **FULL WEEKS ONLY** 
 
MINI WEEKS AVAILABLE AFTER 7/4/09  3 NIGHT MINIMUM  $300 security deposit 
July 4 thru July 18         $1500/week or $240 weeknight/$300 weekend night 
July 18 thru August 15      $1200/week or $200 weeknight/$250 weekend night 
August 15 thru 22           $1025/week or $165 weeknight/$205 weekend night 
August 22 thru 29            $900/week or $150 weeknight/$180 weekend night 
August 29 thru September 12  $600/week or $100 weeknight/$120 weekend night 
 
SEPTEMBER 12 THRU APRIL 30- $425/week or $100/night weekend $75 midweek (3 night minimum) 
                   Holiday Weekends $100/night (3 night minimum) 
                   Monthly rentals $600 month plus utilities 
 
$300 Security Deposit full week. Plus 10.5% Co/Mu tax on rental amount 
** June or Renters under 21 yrs Security Deposit $600 ** 
 
Will work with you on long weekends during off season.
