kids! Great Golf Courses near by, amusement parks, go-carts,
miniture golf, fishing, shopping, restaurants,sightseeing,charter fishing,
swimming, surfing, windsurfing,parasailing, jet skiing and all kinds
of night life at the beach! Don't worry about driving. Ocean City
has a bus that runs up and down the main strip 24 hours a day for $2 a
day!Great situation for teens and adults! You can get anywhere in
Ocean City on the bus.

If you like shopping. 1/2 hour to Rehoboth Beach, Delaware Outlets.
10 mins to Maryland Outlets across bay. Great shopping and prices.

If you like seafood, Ocean City has it all. Many great restaurants
to choose from on the ocean or watch the sunset on the bayside. A

July 4 thru August 15 $1200/week or $200 weeknight/$250 weekend night
August 15 thru 22 $1025/week or $165 weeknight/$205 weekend night
August 22 thru 29 $900/week or $150 weeknight/$180 weekend night
August 29 thru September 12 $600/week or $100 weeknight/$120 weekend night

SEPTEMBER 12 THRU APRIL 30- $425/week or $100/night weekend $75 midweek (3 night minimum)
Holiday Weekends $100/night (3 night minimum)
Off Season Monthly rentals $800 month includes utilities (excessive usage extra charge)

$49 Damage Insurance in lieu of Security Deposit. Plus 10.5% Co/Mu tax on rental amount
** June Renters Security Deposit $600  in lieu of Damage Insurance PLUS must have a parent sign the lease**

Must be 21 years old to sign lease and rent condo.

Will work with you on long weekends during off season.
