of off street parking.

In Walking distance to Jolly Rodger Amusement park. Great for the
kids! Great Golf Courses near by, amusement parks, go-carts,
miniture golf, fishing, shopping, restaurants,sightseeing,charter fishing,
swimming, surfing, windsurfing,parasailing, jet skiing and all kinds
of night life at the beach! Don't worry about driving. Ocean City
has a bus that runs up and down the main strip 24 hours a day for $2 a
day!Great situation for teens and adults! You can get anywhere in
Ocean City on the bus.

If you like shopping. 1/2 hour to Rehoboth Beach, Delaware Outlets.
10 mins to Maryland Outlets across bay. Great shopping and prices.

If you like seafood, Ocean City has it all. Many great restaurants
to choose from on the ocean or watch the sunset on the bayside. A

MAY 1 thru 28  $1200 week or nightly rates $200 weekends/$150 weekdays 

JUNE - $2200 plus $600 security deposit + $49 damage insurance **FULL WEEKS ONLY**  MUST have a parent take full responsibility & sign lease if under 25 years of age. 

JULY 3 thru JULY 10 $1550/week  4th of JULY WEEKLY RENTAL ONLY

MINI WEEKS AVAILABLE AFTER 7/9/10 3 NIGHT MINIMUM $49 Damage Insurance + $150 security deposit.
 
JULY 10 thru AUGUST 7 $1200/week or $150 weeknight/$200 weekend night
AUGUST 7 thru 21 $1050/week or $131.25 weeknight/$175 weekend night
