Vacation Rental Description

Updated in October 07, located on the Gulf Side of Siesta Key, this  
2 bedroom 2 bath villa is steps away from beautiful Crescent Beach.   
There is a king size bed in master bedroom, two twin beds in the  
second bedroom. Screen lanai provides southern exposure.  The unit  
has a full recently updated kitchen.  Brand new queen size pull out  
couch in the living room offers additional sleeping space to  
accommodate families of more than 4 people. 
 
There are no streets to cross. You are afforded a privacy of the  
single home dwelling that is literally a few hundred feet away from  
Crescent Beach. The Siesta Key beaches could be called "The Crystal  
Beaches" for they are composed of billion upon billions of tiny  
crystals. Bursting with lush foliage, mature trees and tropical  
flowering shrubs line the winding routes to the beaches. The beaches  
are refreshingly natural, with protected wild sea oats and mangroves  
providing a protective habitat for the scores of native birds that  
share the island, as well as the dolphins, manatees and other  
aquatic wildlife living just offshore.  
 
Siesta Key has something for everyone: it's a romantic getaway,  
family vacation destination and playground for active sports  
enthusiasts

Vacation Rental Amenities

The complex offers large heated fresh-water pool. Located by the  
pool side,is a recreation room equipped with pool and ping  
pong tables. There are beach chairs and shade cabanas available for  
the use of guests staying in the complex. 
 
Central Air Conditioning, 2 Cable TVs, VCR, DVD and Stereo,  
Dishwasher and microwave. Management Office is located on the  
property. On site for your convenience are private parking and  
laundry facilities.

weekly rental rate.

Championship golf courses are just minutes away, along with theater,  
ballet, opera, symphony, museums and more. Two hours to Disney. Many  
golf courses are located nearby. Siesta Key is within short driving  
distance to St. Armand Circle. Enjoy the many outdoor activities,  
such as fishing, kayaking, snorkeling, scuba diving, shelling, wind  
surfing or even parasailing.
