Vacation Rental Description

Our beautiful and spacious colonial style luxury vacation villa  
near Disney is over 2200 sq ft with private 30 x 15ft pool plus  
spa/hot tub and large private and secluded landscaped garden  
at the rear. It is considerably larger than many 4-bedroom  
vacation rental homes in the Orlando Disney area and offers  
everything you need to make your Florida vacation a "Holiday in  
Heaven". Our holiday home is located within 10-15 minutes drive  
of the Orlando Disney World Resort in the peaceful Four Corners  
community (off Hwy27 and 2.5 miles from Interstate 4).  
It offers a perfect base for visiting all Central Florida and  
Orlando Disney Area attractions including Walt Disney World,  
Universal Studios, Seaworld, Florida golf courses and many more. 
 
The lounge provides family comfort and is equipped with cable TV  
(70+ channels), a DVD player with a selection of movies, a  
Playstation2 with controller and selection of games and a  
selection of board games. The dining room has a range of  
accessories, allowing food “on the run” or formal dining. The  
kitchen is a cooks delight with every gadget you could need. It also  
has the usual oven, microwave (combi), double sink, dishwasher and  
fridge/freezer with the all important ice-maker for those frequent  
HOT days. The "beach theme" games room facility is equiped with a  
Spartan Sports Classic pool/billiard table and Harvard Hurricane 7'  
air hockey table. The laundry room is equipped with washer,  
dryer, iron and ironing board. 
 
Upstairs the large master bedroom has a king size bed, en-suite  
bathroom and an extra large walk in closet. There is a separate sofa  
and coffee table, which is useful if two families are sharing. You  
also have cable TV, DVD player and hair dryer. The master suite  
closet (15x10) with a window and air conditioning can easily double  
as a nursery if you have very young ones, and a cot/crib is  
provided. The other three bedrooms (one double with a queen size  
bed, and two with twin beds) all have fitted wardrobes, cable TV and  
a third DVD player. The children will love our Disney theme bedroom. 
 
Outside, our home boasts a huge 40 x 29ft fully screened pool/deck  
area. There is plenty of space to relax in the sunshine on the  
upgraded padded furniture and enjoy al-fresco dining. The oversized  
pool (30 x 15ft with separate 6ft spa) has all the latest gadgets  
including a timer for the Jacuzzi and a hot tub feature. A lanai 
with built in fan provides a shaded area to cool down from the hot  
Florida sun. For evening and night swimming, our pool is illuminated by  
multi-coloured fibre optic lighting with remote control.  
 
The fully fenced landscaped garden at the rear of our luxury vacation  
villa is quiet and secluded, it provides additional outside space 
not easy to find in other Disney area rental homes. There is a garden  
patio area with seating and free use of the grill/BBQ, which provides  
for year round outdoor cooking for a real Florida life style experience.
