Vacation Rental Description

Beachwalk - Spacious, three bedroom, two and a half bath, Non- 
Smoking, luxury townhouse with a private elevator and private pool.  
 
Right across from World famous Crescent Beach and walking distance  
to all the shops and restaurants of The Village (four to five  
blocks). Beachwalk is an almost brand new townhouse (constructed in  
2000) with over 1800 square feet of living space. It's close  
proximity to Crescent Beach and to The Village make for a fantastic  
location.  
 
The master bedroom has a king-size bed with en-suite master bathroom  
equipped with both a shower and a two person jacuzzi tub. The second  
bedroom has a queen-size bed and the third bedroom has two twin  
beds. The living room has a full-size sleeper sofa.  
 
Beachwalk is equipped with everything we could think of to help  
ensure a perfect vacation. It is tastefully furnished and decorated.  
This unit also features a full-size washer and dryer, fully-equipped  
kitchen, cable TV, VCR, CD player, and even an XBox game console and  
some games. Some movies, CDs, and tapes will make entertaining your  
family easy.

April 26 - December 20 - $1495 per week plus $100 cleaning  
 
Dec 20 - April 17 - $2045 per week plus $100 cleaning  
 
Occupancy Rates quoted are for up to six people.  
 
Taxes: Add 10% Florida tourist tax to total rental amount  
 
Credit Cards Accepted: Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover  
All rates in US Dollars  
 
Payment: A security deposit will hold your reservation. Full payment  
is due 60 days prior to arrival. No refunds for cancellations with  
less than 60 days prior to arrival.  
 
Holidays: Call for rates  
 
Minimum Stay: One week minimum off season  
 
Security Deposit: $300 Security deposit is refunded within 45 days  
of departure if there is no damage to the unit.  
 
No Pets! No Smoking!
