Vacation Rental Description

This home is located in the Prestigious Saddle Trail Park in the 
heart of the Village of Wellington and nestled amoung millon dollar 
homes used by Equestrians during show season. This completely 
furnished 4 bedroom home has 2 full baths and is the perfect family 
vacation home with a Heated Pool on over 2 acres of very private 
land.  This property is about a 5 minute hack and/or easy golf cart ride
to the showgrounds.
No matter if you enjoy the beach, participating in or attending 
equestrain events, playing golf or shopping at the finest stores, 
our vacation home is close to everthing in the Palm Beach area!!

Just bring your luggage, unpack and relax in our spacious 3,600 
square foot home.   

Vacation Rental Amenities

Just bring your clothing and personal items -- everything else is 
furnished!!

Spend hours enjoying the Heated Pool and Separate Jacuzzi. 

Grill steaks or hamburgers and watch the sunset -- make wonderful 
memories that will last for years to come.

Large Color TV in Family Room with Stereo System, DVD, other 
televisions in the bedrooms.

The expansive open kitchen is the perfect place for everyone to 
gather. Bar-B-Q outside to take full advantage of the Florida 
experience.


The large master bath even has a Roman Tub for a relaxing retreat.

Activities and Attractions

There are plenty of patio chairs available poolside as well as 2 
wooden decks for you to get the perfect Florida tan (bring your sun-
block tanning lotion).  

You're a short 25 minute drive from the Beach where you can enjoy 
the Atlantic Ocean swimming, snorkeling or even scuba diving or 
boating.  There are plenty of golf courses that are open 
to the public within minutes of the house.

If you enjoy shopping, the huge 2-story Wellington Green Mall is 
less than 5 minutes away.  City-Place and Clematis Street (a true 
Palm Beach experience and enjoy all types of night-life) are less 
than 25 minutes away.  The Kravis Center (concerts all year long) is 
about the same distance.  Palm Beach and Worth Avenue (near where 
Mr. Trump was married) is about 30 minutes away.  Lion Country 
Safari is less than 10 minutes away and Palm Beach Polo is just 
around the corner (literally 5 minutes away).

Weekly Rates:  
               April - October 31 (off season)           $1,850.00 wk
               November 1 - December 31 (Seasonal)       $3,000.00 wk         
 
Monthly Rates: January 1 - March 31 (Seasonal)           $12,000 mo
               April 1 - October 31  (Off Season)        $ 4,500 mo

Security Deposit Required: Weekly $2000 -- Monthly $5,000

Pet Fee Required: $500 for monthly rental -- Weekly $150 

Rates include basic cable TV, utilities & taxes (weekly rentals only)
